I enjoyed watching the kite-making video. The kite with the hole is not a Japanese kite, but a traditional Korean kite. Let me tell you that Japanese kites and Korean traditional kites look similar, but they are kites of different types.

The kind of kites which we [Indians] use are super fantastic kites than yours.there is lot of wind blowing up the kite.but our Indian kite need wind only in start.The kites I have used are many up of plastic cover[companies advertise use these covers plastic cover] which the company gives to those who make kites.And this kind of kites are super awesome.I bought a kite for 4 rupees in India.which is equal to 0.06 dollar or 7.15 japanese currency .very very cheap ,we can spend at least half an hour in playing with it .
