I love how they video how to do n English. Great video. You can clean the both b4 use. Don't you guys like use like Downy sheets for static when your clothes are drying? Or is that automatically added in the dryer ?

Thanks for the comment! The anti-static sheets aren't Downy sheets, though. You can buy them in vending machines.

no, they have autodose system, so it will be automaticly dosing the detergent and softener from the back of the machine

Our family operates one laundromat. Can you please tell me, why is there a little hook for a bag on every machine, what are they for?

Thank you for your comments. The hooks on the washing machine are for hanging the bags of laundry. It's a hassle to bring the bag home while the laundry is being done. If you hang the bag on the hook, it's easy to see at a glance which washer is being used and the bag won't get dirty.

The laundromat I photographed is cash only. Some places accept electronic payments called Suica or PASMO. I've never heard of the LG app before.

There is a cafe attached to the building, and you can wash and dry your clothes in one machine. There are also laundromats where the staff can do the ironing for you. The function of the washing machine is the same in all laundromats.

The video says the customer doesnt add soap because the machine does it automatically.
