In case you're wondering about the lyrics "The enemy general is a hero equal to none", etc, the song is referring to the satsuma rebellion that happened during 1877, and the general in question is Saigo Takamori, the leader of the satsuma rebellion They were viewed as heroes in Japan, even by the emperor himself, hence the respect towards the enemy
@RAJAT65552 жыл бұрын
If I'm not mistaken, the Emperor even made a statement of sorts (or was it an official pardon?) in favour of Takamori following his death.

i think those people who lazily and never care to own country is better to change their mind right now because Japan already become target for hatred and war propaganda by CCP, both Korea, and Internet Communists for many decades, i mean you all know how many times that the Communist Chinese navy ships trying taking Japanese islands and sea, the CCP threated Japan with trying fired nuclear missiles on Japan and invasion of Taiwan, the North Korea missiles fired to Sea of Japan and through Japan, the South Korean govt and media producting Anti-Japanese education and propaganda for 6 decades (just like how Nazi party did against European Jewish in past time) i believe this is because majority Japanese politicans and people today is really easy to apologized or weak knee to everything, i think this is bad and not healthy for Japan because this is just making China and both Korea become more aggressive, more arrogant, and willing to war against Japan also keep holding own delusional Pacifism mindset and useless Article 9 is one of many cause this happended as Indonesian, i supporting Japan to taking back own national military and become Japanese Empire again with more better and more strong than today

@@stadionistiid5016 Oh boy i'm so sorry that Europe brought modern inventions and civilization to backwards ass areas of the world that still practiced foot binding oh me oh my that's so awful. What Europeans did to the natives was nothing compared to how they massacred each other, I will never be remorse about what my ancestors accomplished.

Japan saved Indonesia from Western Imperialism, help Indonesia gain their Independence and hope Japan Will help Indonesia againts China in South China Sea or We called North Natuna Sea. Tenno Heika Banzaiii 🔥🔥🔥

Can you explain me please your point of view, because I totally don't get it? Didn't they cruelly treaten forced labours from Indonesia called Rōmusha? If they did how can they be considered as saviours?
@agussaputro21132 жыл бұрын
@@Solfuga777 we know well bout Romusha, but actually they got paid but their salary actually got corrupted by their local senior officer. Some also got their own too. But main reason i cheers for Japan coz They topled Netherlands from East Indies that we Called Indonesia, we hate Netherlands too much until nowdays, and despite Japan had Occupied Indonesia, they trained mass Indonesian people became paramilitary group for main purpose help Japan againts allies that would Landed in Indonesia during WW2. At a later time, this huge paramilitary groups very useful to facing Nederlands who cameback after the end of WW2 and they would did colonized again in Indonesia, that's why we could stand and winning againts Netherlands both in Military actions and Diplomatic action in The UN. Japan also help Indonesian to maintain our Independence with established an freedom preparation agency that resulted Our Nationality Ideology called Pancasila and The Constitution of Republic of Indonesia 1945 that we use today.

@@agussaputro2113 OK, I understand your point of view. I have to ask one more thing. Is viewing Japan as saviour during World War II common in Indonesia or you are in minority?
@agussaputro21132 жыл бұрын
@@Solfuga777 i think majority in Indonesia think that Japan would became savior. You can ask some random Indonesian, are they hate Japan nowdays? I think they would say no, Most of them love Japan. But when You ask this question about Netherland, they would say hate them.

@@agussaputro2113 Thanks. You said that you hope Japan will help Indonesia against China. I am not from Asia so I don't know what is happening there right now. Is there conflict or threat of conflict between Indonesia and China? I also heard that Japan doesn't have their own army, just self-defense forces. How can they help without army?
