Great advice by sir, I was aware about organs donating and that card we get for it, personally haven't done that yet but definitely planning on doing that.. But one thing I never thought about was the exact thing discussed in this video, how the health of our organs matter too (I'll be honest, I got goosebumps when I heard those few things I never thought about).. Though ashamed to say, but I admit my lifestyle hasn't been the healthiest (pretty much opposite) and I'm not sure if my organs are all that good right now haha, but seeing Jatinder sir's enthusiasm and line of thinking, I'd be the dumbest person on earth to still not switch things around and start following a healthier lifestyle as well.. Thank you so much for this video, things like this really help going through life well..

When I was young money was a constraint now at 48 being diabetic I get exhausted very fast so baat wahi hai jab shareer tha tab paise nahi the aur ab hai to shareer saath nahi deta ... earlier i could drive 700 Km on Indian roads not express way and wouldn't feel exhausted now maximum is 250-300 km

A very beautiful and humble thing I find in Ajay's content (feels weird saying my own name like that xD, my name's Ajay too), is how you find a bit of things about life in almost all of his videos.. I'd say very similar to RomRomJi's vids too, he tries to insert bits of life advices whenever he can, and I love to take in those things, it's really beautiful.. But there are some vids which are fun, and some are just a day in the life vids (not that it's bad, that mix of content at RRJ is relevant af for his channel), but in Ajay's vids, you find that little introspecting tone in the videos which is really interesting, not sure if it's intentionally consciously done or just something that reflects as part of your personality, I'd find it lot more amusing if it's the latter hehe.. Keep up the great work for delivering us with these insights man :))
