Wow, the part where the cook takes the eggs and crackes them open and onto the pancake, great. Also, the hearth shaped eggs look cute. What a master of his art and quite a performance. Where is that in Tokyo ?

Thank you for your comment!😊 This is in Asakusa, yet temporary store while MATSURI period. So, if you want to eat this type of food, it's good to go to OKONOMIYAKI(cabbage pancake) store. There are a lot of nice OKONOMIYAKI restaurants in Tokyo!
