Miss Shizuka is my favorite youtube personality, She is very good, elegant, nice, and very well prepared on what she talks about. She should be the host of a TV show in America about Japanese cuisine. Greetings from Italy.

I liked the comment section, but you probably wouldn't want to do it every video. Maybe once a month? Loved the food trucks again; my favorite was the 2nd one. On the bbq food truck, I'd be interested in how they do the smoking. That's a really important detail to not really touch on. Also it was slightly concerning that things are put in plastic bags. Proper way to hold bbq would be to wrap in butcher paper and placed on hot hold in a food warmer. Could easily be done in a truck like that (and really the only proper way if you're saying texas bbq).
@JapanbyFoodАй бұрын
We hear you on the comment section! We'll play around with the frequency. 😋 Thanks for the feedback, and we appreciate you pointing out that detail about the BBQ food truck! Thanks for your support!

Definitely need a follow up video on the BBQ. Curious how they smoke meats in a city like Tokyo where you’re tightly packed in with your neighbors 😂
@Bakapooru18 күн бұрын
The truck is actually parked in the driveway of the owner’s in-laws’ house. The owner is almost never there because he lives in a resort town in Nagano Prefecture. He smokes his meat at his restaurant near his home and delivers it every morning to Tokyo and goes back. I’m being vague because I’m not sure if I should dox the guy too much. While I was eating, all of customers spoke English (about five groups). I was speaking with someone that lived in the house or at least someone who could go in and out and have her kids running around too. 😅
