The sword in Japan is not merely a weapon, it is a sublime piece of functional art, with deep spiritual and historical significance to the Japanese people. Just like Mount Fuji and Cherry Blossoms, the Japanese sword is an enduring symbol of Japan. It is my hope to share my love and passion for Japanese swords with all of you here on KZbin and make the Japanese sword accessible to the world by introducing the Japanese sword to new audiences from a Japanese perspective. That is why I created this Channel for the promotion and preservation of Japanese swords and related craftsmen.
Please subscribe to The Japanese Sword KZbin channel to never miss a video!

Every Japanese sword has a spirit of a swordsman who create it. Japanese swords are strong and slender, beautiful and elegant, and so perfect. They are created by master craftsmen who create perfection. It is just amazing. You must see some master swordsmen, like Iwata sensei, Matchii sensei. Machii sennsei is amazing when he cuts a plastic bullet shooting at him.
