OMG. I was in Japan 2001 to 2004. I'm having a blast watching this.

Technology and mindsets were different, besides that... 2000s Japanese aren't much different to 2020 Japanese commercials lmao.

Idk I feel like in 2000 they were a bit wackier.

On December 18, 2019 during Christmas party 2019 in St. Teresa of Avila Academy, watch Japanese commercials in 2000 before 2020.

There was a funny website in the early 2000s to subtitle them yourself, anyone remember this? I think it was a similar name to a rick roll link

Marge's voice in the Simpsons ad sounds NOTHING like her English voice. It's hilariously cursed!

As a Korean, I grew up with very similarly styled commercials on TV (obviously much less weird as Japanese ads tend to be). I don't know if it's the nostalgia or something else but I find early 2000s Korean and Japanese TV ads immensely comforting... Anyone else like this?

Great year 2000! Janet Jackson’s song DOESN’T MATTER was her big hit song of that time and my all time favorite RUGRATS IN PARIS: THE MOVIE (2000) was the most successful movie on Thanksgiving week of 2000! Great moments in my childhood times! However I wish I had visited Japan on the year of 2000 but I had to wait 19 years until October 2019 for my f***ing parents to take me to Japan as I requested more many years. Japan I will return to you on this decade of the 2020s! I promise!
