If you cook pancit canton again, my suggestion is you mix the sauce first on the plate. When you cook the pancit (noodles) don't drain the water too much. A bit of water is good. :) Also, when boiling the noodles, break it into half before you drop it in the boiling water. Hope this helps. Regarding the question whether we eat this often? Not really because it is not a healthy food (processed!). But this is famous among university students who are studying in another city and far from their families. Cheap and quick snack/meal.

Pancit canton is my favorite and how i cook is like this 1. Prepare bowl/plate, thing and fork 2. Open/cut the end and take out the thing inside that i still dont know 3. Put water and noodle in the thing, boil it and stir it with the fork 4. Put thing on thing then put it on bowl/plate 5. Add the things and spread? Stir? Spread stir? It 6. Eat

Tip: for better distribution of flavor, mix the flavor packets first on your plate then add the cooked noodles. This prevents clumping of the powder when you pour directly on top of the noodles and making some parts more salty than others. Also, i personally like to mix 2 flavors for sharing: the red Hot and Spicy and the green Calamari flavor. 😍 Happy eating! 🥰

The one you ate was the calamansi flavor There is the spicy version of that "chilli-mansi" green / black packaging Chilli "hot & spicy" red /black packaging And another is "sweet & spicy" orange packaging It is best put inside a bun /bread and often eaten with hard/soft boiled egg or sunny side up egg.

Some foreigners do not like pancit canton calamansi(just like a lime but small) flavor because it is sour. Filipinos love calamansi to balance the saltiness of the pancit. However foreigners kinda love the original flavor and koreans like the hot and spicy (but it is not spicy for them). I personally like calamansi flavor and sweet and spicy flavor
