安格斯牛仔肉餃讚岐烏冬
材料(2人份量):
羊仔肉餃8隻
牛仔肉餃8隻
烏冬麪3個
程序:
1. 大火煲滾1鑊水,放烏冬煮2分鐘,轉慢火,放入碗內。
2. 放餃子落鑊,轉大火至滾起,煮3分鐘。
3. 另一邊,大火煲滾清水1升。
4. 餃子已煮熟,放入凍開水,擎乾水。
5. 水已滾起,在煲內加入雞粉1量匙,煮滾,放餃子,至大滾起,放碗內。
6. 灑上蔥粒在麪上。
7. 完成,可享用。
Japanese udon with Angus beef dumplings
Ingredients (serving for 2):
Lamb meat dumplings 8 Nos.
Angus beef dumplings 8 Nos.
Udon 3 Nos.
Steps:
1. Heat up a wok of water. Put udon in wok and boil for 2 minutes. Turn to low flame. Put it in a bowl.
2. Put dumplings in wok. Turn to high flame until it boils up. Boil for 3 minutes.
3. On the other side, heat up 1L of water at high flame in pot.
4. Dumplings have been boiled well, put into cold boiled~up water. Drain.
5. Water boils up, add in 1 measure spoon of chicken powder into pot, boil it up. Put dumplings in pot, wait for boiling up. Put in the bowl.
6. Put green onion cubes on top of noodles.
7. Complete. Serve.
