こんにちは！ それは、アニメのキャラがどんな人物なのかを表すためです。☺ たとえば、 かわいらしい女の子のキャラは、 母→ママ 父→パパ と呼ぶことがあり、かわいらしい女の子の印象になります。 男性のキャラは 母→おふくろ 父→おやじ と呼ぶことがあり、男らしい印象になります。 It is to show what kind of person the cartoon character is. ☺. For example, A cute girl character is, Mother→ママ Father→パパ which gives the impression of a pretty girl. A male character may be called Mother→おふくろ Father→おやじ which gives a masculine impression.

Turn on closed captioning, and then in settings go to subtitles, select English if have not already and finally in the top right there is an options tab where one can increase the font size, because initially I was missing the English translation because the type was at 11 points in a black box. Kind of hard to see. It should be in a white box. Hope this helps

Thanks for the comment! There are two reasons why I didn't include English audio. The first is because I want to make it available to non-English viewers. The second is to make learning more efficient. We want you to hear as much Japanese audio as possible, which is why we only have Japanese audio.

The English subs are available. I like it like this. Without the English language included. I want to dive into Japanese and only Japanese. Not English. In this way, I can enjoy the Japanese sounds and use the subtitles whenever necessary 🎉❤🎉
