Aslam Alekum I can speak from my experience. I never used to Pray never knew how. I never thought I would do it. But Allah SWT guided me and one day I got my Husband to teach me. He always tried. It was only 7 years ago and then I decided I'm going to Umrah and Hajj which I did Mash a Allah thanks to Allah SWT. I'm hoping this will make up the Prayers i missed as 1 Prayer = 100 000 Prayers in Mecca. And I do extra Sunnah Prayers as much as I can. Please keep going. I'm so glad you started again. I hope this has helped you.

Subhanallah amazing talk MashaAllah tabarekAllah I’ve shared it with my contacts so that they may too benefit,since being diagnosed with CRPS , Dhikr has been my medicine it has been my lifeline to get thru painflares there’s been many nights I have not been able to sleep due to pain dhikr has made those long nights shorter and bearable and even though I have not slept all night it’s felt like I did .it has helped me when morphine/ ketamine no longer could .it is the best tool in my pain flare tool kit .
