@lm8185 It is loud enough but overly ear piercing. I recommend a chop saw if you can but if not a belt sander or lay a sheet of 100 grit down and get the edges parallel. Hide the cut end under the tail @ the front. It looks good though PLUS a little Spray Nine cleaner takes the burnt look off the tail light... no biggie. I bought it smash and I just chopped off the wrecked part. A bit nerve racking having paid $250 for it. Hope this helps.
