Being a longtime Lions fan, and seeing all the bad records we’ve attained, it just feels beyond this world seeing our quarterback be perfect. And more importantly, seeing defensive players like Kerby Joseph being absolutely phenomenal in the endzone and Aidan Hutchinson bombarding every QB he goes up against. It’s what we’ve all waited for. :)

Detroit really missed Brian Branch. He hunts and the Lions needed hunters tonight. I'm a Lions guy and that game made me nervous the whole way. The refs being "generous with the flag" is a vast understatement, eh? I hope it's just early season twitches

The Lion's success running the ball and LaPorta being respected as a run blocker led to him being open in the flat on almost every pass play. David Montgomery really got this team going 👍

I agree with Joe on Seattle's playoff chances. Just looking at it objectively, they're not better than 49ers so they're unlikely to win their division, which means they would have to get 1 of only 3 WC berths to get in, and there's a variety of other wild-card caliber teams in NFC this year that look as good or better. It's too early to call it, but lets just assume DET, DAL, and TB wins those divisions again. That would leave MIN, GB, PHI, WAS, ATL, SEA fighting for 3 WC berths. Is Seattle definitively better than those teams? No. They don't have a proven HC or QB that you can bank on either. So it's valid to question if they will make the playoffs.

Seahawks didn't lose only 3 key starters on defense. They lost entire Dline + 1 MLB + Top Safety mid game. Literally half of the starting defense
