This is by far one of the funniest cons ever. Deans laugh is infectious. I love the part where Jensen tells the audience to stop cuz he knew the word pianist was going to be heard a totally different way and the bit was just going to go bad really fast. Watching Jensen was so funny.

In fact, now that I'm seeing what they are doing up close, it looks like Jared is trying to act out how to play a mallet instrument like the marimba or xylophone lol :D

ditajean There is, but I think fans prefer more of slash than het fics because of the quality. I've been reading Supernatural fics for the past couple of years and I realize how there's many slash fics that flow better in their story plots than in het fics. The many het fics that especially have the OFC pairings are either too unique of how "badass" the girls are or the stereotype of the typical "girl next door". There are gen fics out there, but there are only some that seem interesting plot wise. Others mainly either rephrase the show scenes or wallow in too much angsty plots. At first I tried looking at het or gen fics, but then I took the slash fics a chance. There are plenty that I would recommend reading because of the great story arcs. There is one gen fic that I enjoyed, though it hinted at a possible bi!Dean who just thought of the types of sexuality at a convention. (Though that fic was fun because of the Supernatural gang dressing up as Avengers.) It's a long ass fic and I recommend this despite the possible slash (that doesn't really happen, it's the idea of it. I think the author was making a point). I can't remember the title, but Dean was dressed as Captain America, Sam was dressed as Thor, Charlie was dressed as the Black Widow, Garth was dressed as Clint, Aaron was dressed as Dr. Banner using his golem as a transformed Hulk, and Kevin was Iron Man. Just remember that fics mean fiction. True, I wish there were more gen or het fics, but most especially I wish there were more good plotted gen or het fics. As for any fan who literally uses slash pairings as a real life mechanism for Supernatural....yeah it's a bit weird sometimes but I learned to find it hilarious. (Whoa this is a long ass answer. 😰 I'm surprised with myself.)

Often actors don't because they have to take it off for filming anyway and often lose the rings (Misha has lost his and had to get a new one multiple times, hence why he's often not wearing his). Think about it - if they're filming 14 hours a day, their non-filming hours are so short that it's just not worth it to put it back on when they finish, since they're just gonna go to sleep right after that, and have to take it off the next morning when they wake up again. Thus the ring would end up lying in their trailers for months at a time (with the trailers being taken to different sets every few days), which only makes it that much more likely that they'll lose it. Thus it's safer to just leave it in a drawer at home.
