I used to be a vet tech. Trust me.. cows and bulls literally feel 0 pain from such things like these, i cannot begin to explain how difficult it is to give them a shot even, you either jab it in of you will never give it to them and they feel absolutely nothing, when we were taught to scratch the cows, to give them some satisfaction, we had to use all our muscles because the cows seriously didn't feel anything until we were rough, then they started twisting and doing little happy dances 😂

It's a rope I thought it looked like a belt... and I'm sure it's to prevent the bull from being able to lift his legs too high to not Injure the cowboy in training....look closely because of the rope that's around the end of the waist the bull can not kick his legs forward due to the rope chafing....it only kicks backwards up as if to try and kick the rope of.....yes the bull is aware of the person that's on him it's annoying him but his focus is more on the annoying rope around his waist
