He reminds me of one of the great old Motown artists from the 60's. So soulful, funky and honest. Absolutely no BS in his music. I hope he becomes a multi-zillionaire making music, he deserves it.

WOW, what a man!!! saw the concert last night and I`m blown away, what a huge talent, what a voice. I love how he builds the backing band with his loop machine, many intelligent lines, so musical. There is that intelligent music beyond that plastic mainstream. He has more musicality than hordes of hip hoppers. Love it !!!!
@hoobymarburg16710 жыл бұрын
“…what he [Bernhoft] did with those few tools was quite extraordinary. Using them, and via a process of instant recording, looping and layering, he was able to create the sound of a full band - including all the instrumental parts plus backing singers on rich harmonies - and it was all just him.” - The Guardian
@lakemasterex75828 жыл бұрын
why do you specifically single out hip hop artists?
@hoobymarburg1678 жыл бұрын
lakemaster ex Nothing against technique, but they are only tools. Handmade music is the best, it`s worthwhile to learn an instrument ;-), instead of just rhymes and attitude ;-)

Who the f### are Justin Timberlake and all these other „RnB“ guys? Why isn‘t Jarle earning all their money? Also check out ceramic city chronicles for example.... errrrm no no..... you better check out each and every song of this dude. Period. F%%%ING BRILLANT!!! AWESOME! OVERWHELMING!
