Boots won the last round and thats important in amateur games. I would of hated to judge this fight. Ortiz was aggressor and had more punch output. The hometown guy usually gets the nod in these type fights.

Close one,I thought Ortiz might have had it and was slightly more agressive ,but something about the composure and style of Ennis had me rooting for him.I’ll be on the look out for both of them.

@@BoxeOlimpicoPortugalyou have to realize unanimous decision means all judges saw boots winning ... they can have it close on their scorecards but in this situation they all saw it going to boots ... unanimous decision doesn’t mean a fight can’t be close

He just had a main event on showtime, whooped a guy on Tyson vs Jones Undercard and before that got robbed vs Joseph Adorno, it was a draw but he should have won, he’s fought 3 undefeated fighters in a row, he’s at 135

If this was with pro gloves Jamaine wouldve got knocked out cold luckily the amateur gloves got alot more padding because Ortiz didnt care about getting countered 🤣🤣

I agree he's way more talented defensively and has the reach and athleticism to do so he fights inside when he doesn't have to and smothers his punches sometimes

If you thought Ortiz won, you’re probably Latino and/or blind. He barely touched Boots the entire fight, and if they had professional gloves on, Ortiz would’ve gone to sleep after taking so many vicious counters - and we know this is true because of Boots’ power as a pro

Damn jamaine big asl. I just saw a video of jamaine and teo talking and teo looking up at jamaine. They got jamaine listed at 5'8 but he at least 5'10 and hes too swoll for 135 and 140. He should just move up to 147. He can beat an ugas or a barrios and get used to the weight.
