I don't get why Dortmund are always saying they can't afford £40-50million for Sancho. They have sold players like Haaland, Bellingham, Sancho and many more. The 2nd biggest club in Germany. They are regulars in the CL, a very well supported club who fill their ground which is over 60,000 a game. Where does all the money go ? or are they just great negotiators ?!??!?!

But you also get his baggage. Sometimes a good player for cheap isn’t great if his past follows him around. Despite charges being dropped it still taints him as a player

@@livewireredb.9953 while it shouldn’t matter, social media pressure from fans and media is also something that gets taken into account by clubs if they are making a “controversial” signing. Probably why it’s best he goes abroad as spotlight won’t be on him as much compared to go in to a different English club

Maximum of £50mill or walk away, De Ligt, Gleason Bremer, Jean-Clair Todibo would all be available is that price range, United may even get De Ligt or Gleason in a player (Sancho/Greenwood) + cash deal so paying £70m-£80m on Braithwaite is just completely illogical.

A nother mistake by United recruitment team. Retaining Greenwood will be ideal position. Signing Branthwaite is another wasted pounds by utd on hyped English player by English media. The media always says their players performance are out of the world, world class yet they can't even win the Euro or world cup

Utd are a soccer franchise and they need to do what's best for their business. The players and managers are employees. Just like they don't interfere in our business or have a say in our lives.. we, the people, shouldn't interfere in theirs. For instance, I don't see people comment or discuss who they should hire for their marketing or R&D department.

Sell Sancho, Greenwood, Casemiro, Van De Beek, Hannibal, Eriksen, AWB and Pellistri. Sign Branthwaite centre back. Frimpong or Dumfries at right-back. Joao Neves, Fofana or Ederson (Atalanta) defensive midfield. Toney, Jonathan David or El Neysri striker.

There’s a very simple answer to why the FA has been jubilant having an influx of foreign talent in the transfer market, and it also explains why English players have become far too extortionate in recent years

Unfortunately, there are specific limits on how many players they can bring in from other parts of the world -- English versus Non-English. For e.g., currently, we have four or five South American players. In order to bring in new players, they'd have to get rid of existing players.

Manchester United needs defenders, so the deal makes sense. The price of Jarrad Branthwaite is concerning if United could knock off a little off the transfer that would be good, but Branthwaite is English and that is what the English players cost these days. Everton need the money too, getting rid of Sancho and Greenwood is a must they are a problem. With confidence playing out from the back, the attack will sort itself out.. United needs to build a spine, and this is a great start.

Man utd are a nightmare club throwing away money buying two players Antony And Sancho for 150 million both have been unsuccessful at utd then they want to buy olise for 60m for the same position though they only have 35m to spend until they sell some players ironically they are looking to sell sancho for a 35m pound loss then they buy Hojlund for 70m but he cant hold up the ball or win headers two main characteristics of a number 9 he is very fast and strong but he is not a number 9 for me like Alan shearer or Osimhen. Utd could've spent that 200m+ if the Qatari had bought utd they would be buying players like Neves Osimhen Frimpong Olise and Kudus

Once Branthwaite joins United for 125 million they can then wreck his confidence, mismanage him, and send him out on loan to Anderlecht after 12 months before selling him to Fulham for 25 million.
