The question is why Jesus choose Donkey! 1- Good memory 2- Ability to learn 3- Lift the weight beyond his limit. As my understanding Jesus message was become a donkey. If you wanted to carry my name. I believe the 1000 years is symbolic of a long, complete duration of time. 1000 cattle on the hills is symbolic of owning all cattle. “I heard 144,000, and then I turned and saw more than can be counted.”

God says what He means and means what He says: He says Christ will reign 1000 years from Jerusalem! IT HASN’T HAPPENED YET‼️ And Satan will be bound for that 1000 years. Read and BELIEVE what the word says. We are in the “age of the gentiles right now where we members of the kingdom are being prepared as a bride for Christ‼️ There is a great deal of prophecy yet to be fulfilled.

After our bodies die or we are raptured we will also be free of this time domain. He says what He means and means what He says right down to the minute. @@David-rz9yk That has no affect on the Literal 1000 year reign of Christ on earth, btw. When the devil is released after 1000 years (REV 20"7-10), it is a literal translation. The stage is here, where those alive at the end of the Tribulation will multiply, on earth - until Judgement. REV 20:4-5 "and they came to life and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. The rest of the dead did not come to life until the thousand years were completed." The scriptures were written for us - so that we might understand the truth. God sits outside of time, so to speak, while we are bound to it on earth. To Him one day is like a thousand years. But, 1000 years to us is - 1000 years. 2 TIM 3:16 "All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work."

In the time of Jesus, a king would ride a horse if he was bringing war, but he would ride a donkey if he was bringing peace. The Messiah was offering true peace to Jerusalem that day, but the nation rejected Him. Jesus entered this world through a virgin girl, who had never known a man. He rode a donkey that no one had ever ridden before. He will be buried in a tomb, where no man had ever been laid before.

Just wondering if Al was inferring that this whole donkey incident was setup before hand about Jesus setting up the donkey story. It doesn’t say that in context anywhere. I always thought that this was another miracle. Just saying be careful what you read into it, because there are a lot of people inferring and changing scripture…. Why are some things literal and some figurative? If it's a colt of a donkey, why can't it be 1000 years or 1000men killed? Was it figurative that Jesus sent someone to catch a fish with coin in it for tax? I think you should take everything in the bible at face value.
