Board responsibility is to get good results when investing or paying for that if we talk about plan, those things called plans which after starting the plans results must be visible otherwise plan is fake, that's why we talk for longer plan because we say we will get the result before that tournament that doesn't work that, we know that long time ago in Indian cricket everyone start saying as super star when anyone perform well in any match, then Greg Chapel (Australia) change the scenario, he said if you cricketer then come if you think you super star then go him I don't need you. He started training like Boot Camp in Boot Camp style is that just listen or follow regardless how easy or hard thing you have to do otherwise go home no option (this called mind changing approach). He clearly said to board if you interrupt that mean you don't need me I will go home. After that Indian philosophy changed for trainings and achieve the targets.
