In Europe October is also ADHD awareness month and for the past 3 years that's been my October theme. Although I might opt for a different palate than the standard orange by adding in brains this year as a tribute to "How to ADHD".

Oooh lovely themes! I always like to mix and match so... I suppose it's going to be a sheep/knitting theme with lots of doodles. Although I really like the idea of a fossils theme.

I'll be doing a Nightmare Before Christmas theme for October. I would do Hocus Pocus, but I refuse to try and ruin that (I have plenty of Happy Planner stickers for Nightmare Before Christmas).

I'm rewatching this as I start setting up my October theme, and I realized I meant to comment the first time I watched this~! Candy corn are literally made of honey and confectioner's (powdered) sugar, so they're rather sweet, but they have no extra flavorings, so they can be a bit bland. And they don't necessarily go bad, but I'm pretty sure they can go stale, so I've been known to stock up during the fall so I can eat them into the spring ^_^

I think this is my favorite post you do every month!!! Even though I rarely do a theme in my journal. I often use two or three colors one being very pale for my alternating lines. I sometimes add in a few stickers or some washi tape.

Maybe someone ate stale candy corn because I love that stuff! The best are the pumpkin candy corn, so yummy! Also, they make different flavors which some are really good and some don't, but make sure your candy corn is made by Brach's they're the leader in candy corn. Other brands that I have tried aren't like Brach's and tasted bad or different.

I must defend candy corn as it is an incredibly nostalgic thing for me. -- Candy corn is actually fantastic! But if you ever try it, you can't just try the garbage they sell in a grocery store. You have to get real candy corn from a cider mill. Real candy corn tastes like honey instead of corn syrup. It's too sweet, but you aren't meant to eat much at once -- it's something like maple candy for bees. (no maple, just the same kindof over-sweetness)

Oh nice! 💜 The first thing that comes to mind with a theme surrounding blindness would be like the "Three Blind Mice" song 🤔 though I do think that'd be kinda cool.
