Here's the best way to prep these noodles. In a shallow pan add some water and julienned carrots. Cook till al dente and then steam brocolli in the rest of the water - dont let it go completely dry. When to your likeness of "done-ness" add more water and cook your noodles. Push everything to one side of the pan and in the other side add a spoon or 2 of sour cream. You could alternatively use cream cheese. Melt/mix into your water until integrated. The dairy will help cut/mellow the spice and balance the dish. Add in your sauce packet, mix, and top with shredded cheese optional along with the seaweed flakes and sesame (if you're not allergic. Whether it's the spice or the dairy that upsets your stomach, I prefer to have a creamy ramen that packed with flavor and some veggies for it to be worth it! Thumbs up if you gave it a try. I make this once in a while to enjoy 🙃
