A misconception is that a lot of people think that the buildings upgrade automatically entirely free. But that isn't the case. The gold and elixir from your mines and pumps is used to upgrade all those buildings. So it is indeed way faster to just play the game yourself

Jaso, when you check an abandoned village, you cannot see the changes that were made in the village, those changes will only be visible if that account is participating in war so you check the war base or if the player logs in again and the upgrades will trigger

It worked for me at th8. I came back after 5 years Got my king from level 5 or something to about 30. Lvl 1 queen to around 15. Had 15m gold, elixir each loot in lootcart and some dark elixir.

Yea I took like a 5 year break earlier on, it upgraded my king from 5 to 24 iirc at Town Hall 9 I think.. it is free upgrades so you can't really complain, nice feature, I would like to see a part 2 with collectors maxed if it goes off the collectors.. course I'll have to wait a year for that video but let's goooo
