12:01 This is a great quote. After Seinfeld let it be known that Howard was the only guest on his show Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee that took the pay for the gig. I'm guessing he meant using the word to target another person by "using it personally". We're in different times now, but 20 years ago, you didn't get in trouble for saying the full word if you were quoting someone else's usage of it. For example: during the OJ trial, tons of white journalists, TV figures in general, and OJ's white lawyers pronounced the whole word while quoting Mark Fuhrman. Now, if Howard had spitefully called a black man the word back then, he and anyone else would get "canceled" for it, ala Michael Richards during his Laugh Factory meltdown (speaking of Seinfeld cast members lol), or Paula Dean, etc.
