Actually she did admit she had a crush on him the day he came over to check on her while she had strep throat. Stone was still alive, but she told him she was so lucky to made him her very first love when she was 13 (or something) and he said something like he was an idiot for not going after her when he had the chance

When he woke up from his coma robin was the first person he had seen. He did not remember keisha ward who was his girlfriend at the time of the accident. He resented both his family and keisha for trying to force him to remember his life prior to his accident. He ecountered robin again I think a couple of months after his awoke and they struck up a friendship that turned into a romance kinda quickly. They most of the clips on here.

after. before he lost his memory he was with keisha. It wasn't until after he lost it did he take a romantic interest in robin, i think.
