Love her as a hairdresser ahe is an inspiration, she says it how it is and can help business flourish, i watch all the shows and think this woman really knows what works and when i see stubborn salon owners be ungrateful i think wow you have the gordon ramsay of hair telling you whats wrong and why would you resist change and not except her help and wisdom, she cones across as cold but we do see her softer side come through a true legend in the hair community
