Sounds great and very humble & charming. Adorable wife & baby too which you can see him beaming about. Side note: I've worked in a Call Center like that taking thousands of calls and it is truly mind-numbing to a point that you do wander off mentally. Don't get me wrong - I love helping people, but yeah. Not very exciting. Glad he's finding his true potential. Final thought, observation rather - I find it intriguing and amazing how someone with a heavy accent sings and suddenly it just vanishes.
