I got the original and this one in my playlist. However, the slower tempo in this video elicits a different feeling when compared to the other to certain people and thus has a place along side it’s original.

@@zymeone7904 chopped and screwed are localized terms originating from Houston DJ’s in the 1990s popularized by DJ screw. If your familiar with the 90s Houston rap scene, or another genre utilizing their terms, then you’ll probably call this screwed. If your not, you’ll probably call it slowed. Considering that they also amplified reverb, the title slowed & reverb fits nicely.
