I'm so ready for another Tampa Baker season. When experts stated the Buc's would win 2-5 gms & pk'd last in the NFC South. I didn't like it and disappointed, but knowing they had 80 million in dead money. Baker baked & Buc's was 1 of 8 teams still standing , 3rd division champs in-a-row, a franchise record. Beat defending NFC champs "Eagles" in P/O's. Go Bucs! Just win!

Jason has a way of taking lemons like having canales hired away and making lemonade with a new OC who looks even better. I like that he doesn't do the Lions 1-16 for a couple of seasons to reload with talent. Each season is exciting. Getting Tom Brady was simply crazy and winning the Superbowl at home was a dream. He is just such a smart leader.

Problem with Baker is, that in situations with absolutely high pressure, he takes all the weight on his shoulders and tries the absolute impossible. Sometimes it works out and sometimes not. The loss against the Lions hurt, but the loss against KC hurted a lot more. But when I compare the 2 organisations, I have a much better feeling for Tampa when it comes to the management and the coaching staff. Enlicht us pls! Greets from germany
