Now then Jason, hope you're well mate, would love to here your side from your run-ins with the Boro, I know personally that your still pals with a few off our Frontline lads to this day, but before this bromance started, before the dove's 🕊 💊 started flying 😉 you had a good few scraps with us, but this was before my time so would love to hear it from the oppositions side, point of view, UTB

The Boro's infamous Frontline Firm grew in stature week after week, more is mentioned about our firm then is mentioned about our so called bigger neighbours, the geordies & the mackems, hard as nails, game as f##k, built like brick-shi#houses etc etc these are what is normally said about our lot in thier heyday, and any firm can do anothers on their day but id love to hear any encounters other fans had against the Boro, home or away, good or bad, lets here them, 😉

@zeezee3513 as I've said before every dog had its day, back then, I'll never forget my introduction to hooliganism which was coincidentally when Newcastle tried to take the infamous Ayersome Park, I was only around 14/15 and the match was sold out so there where a few lads hanging around the ground after kick-off still hoping to get in somehow, then outta nowhere like the sound of thunder all u heard was this chanting "United....United...." and all I seen where hundreds of geordies filling the street heading towards Ayersome and straight towards the Holgate, don't know if this was planned or by mistake but ballsy still, the packed out Holgate obviously heard the geordies too cause all of a sudden the Boro were jumping the turnstiles forcing/booting doors open to get outta the ground, then all hell broke loose, for Newcastle to get to the away end there was only the one road at the side of the ground and passing the Holgate lot was the only way, honestly hand on heart, I give u I'm biased, but I'm not disputing Newcastle had thier day at Boro, but not on this day, I've never seen such a large group of man, filled with hate and anger, disperse so quick, credit to the ones who faced the gauntlet ahead of them, they ran to the away ducking and diving blows and kicks coming from everywhere, I admit I just stood there, frozen in shock 😲 too, something I'll never forget, UTB
@leethistlethwaite4381

@zeezee3513 also my point was we are a town, not a city, we don't have the large numbers like you'se do, but Boro more than made up for any lack in numbers with balls of steel, that's why we are respected and credited up and down the country, more than our neighbours, and you can't knock that fact, we are the North East, passion is instilled in our dna, it's not like it used to be, but that's a good and a bad thing, 😉

@ right i ain't going to slate you, I know there could be a valid reason why education wasn't in your childhood, be it, abuse, mental health, ability or lack thereof etc... so I'll explain what you had difficulty understanding, when I said "my introduction to hooliganism" it meant that it was the first ever time I had witnessed grown men, in numbers, fighting at a football match, aka football hooligans, do I need to explain further..... 🤔 lmao 🤣 (please come back as a fully fledged member of the grammar police, 🙏 that would be the icing rofl 🤣 😆 😂) UTB

Legend has it that Jason, Hickey and other Chelsea top table wore pairs of tights / hold ups underneath their Armani & Ball jeans to a friendly fixture at Hibs in 1986,. so as the colder weather would not effect the speed of their kung fu and martial arts skills on the frontline and give them a fighting edge over the Jocks
