If you don't know the story, you can't say his treatment was wrong. He said it best. He was not hit with criminal accusations, charges, or consequences. He said he experienced quick success, was on a high, and made choices without awareness of the repercussions. He experienced the consequences and bounced backed. You can never tell a person how to feel, respond to, or characterize you actions. Emotional intelligence is key for any human interaction .

Jason Mitchell is a great actor and I loved him on Straight Outta Compton but to say The Chi “fell off” after his character got killed is wild. If anything, the show got a little better once they had one less story to focus on because all Brandon was doing was cooking and getting into arguments with his girl lol. As far as Barton’s character Reg is concerned, I hated seeing him get killed off but tbh Victor (his brother) is a much better character and actually adds layers to the show. Now the character I can’t wait for Lena to kill off is Douda - THAT nigga gotta go!

Everything is Both was pretty good. I’m watching anything with Jason Mitchell in it anyways (gotta rep for the home team ⚜️ and he’s great). My take on the movie is: The narration really wasn’t needed, repeating lines aren’t necessary, some of the overdramatized scenes were too much, and lastly, the ending should have been much more interesting/clear. It makes us think there should be a part two (which I would love to see).
