Ladies and gentlemen here it is, Jason finally admitted how bad he is being messing and screwing thing up lately. But most importantly, he is being lying non-stop ever since he found out he is Jake's father. And no matter how hard he tried to justify it people keep getting hurt. That was quite a revelation. Which goes to proof what we have been saying all along that Jason has become the worse version of himself since he decided to be with Elizabeth and support her web of lies. That's why every time he sees Sam and has a conversation with her, Jason looks conflicted and can't avoid feeling drawn to her because the truth of the matter is that he is not over Sam. That is also the reason why he gets so passionate when he argues with her. Nevermind the fact that Jason truly cares about what Sam thinks of him. He values her opinion and what she says and does affects him. Whether he likes to admit it or not. Blessed be!

GLad Carly said that to him, she was right with all she said, LIz made him lie to protect her image and Lucky was stupid to go along with it but she wouldn't let him tell SAm because she wanted a hold over him.

Liz asked him to lie, he didn't *HAVE* to. I seriously hated him during this storyline. You want to be with Liz then *be* with Liz. If you have to hide your relationship then you shouldn't be in that relationship.

Mela B you are so right. I honestly don't believe he ever loved Liz. He couldn't be a father to Jake but he wanted​ a family with Sam. That tells me right there he never stopped loving Sam.

It's interesting the fact that it was Carly who asked Jason "what has happened to us". Because throughout this entire time since Jason found out he was going to be a father he has changed for the worse. He has become the worse version of himself. And that's because he decided to go along with Elizabeth's web of lies. The person that used to honor the truth and loyalty. Now, was the very person that was being disloyal, dishonest and untrustworthy to the people that once he called his family. He started by mistreating Sam and now he is doing it to Sonny, Carly and Michael. It was great to watched Carly called Jason on his crab. The reality of the situation is that Jason did fell asleep at the wheel and because of it people that he loves are paying the consequences. The truth is that Jason should have told Carly what was going on with Michael. But instead, because of his involvement with Elizabeth, he uncharacteristically rushed to judgement and accused Carly of Sam's hit and run. This is just another example of Jason being unfocused and irresponsible towards his commitments. As we have previously stated on other comments, while Jason tried a so called "relationship" with Elizabeth all his other relationships suffered because with Elizabeth, Jason became the worse version of himself. The main reason was because he couldn't be his true self with her. And she could never be honest with him and love him or accept him unconditionally for who he is and what he does. That has always being and always will be the problem between Jason and Elizabeth. They can be themselves with one another. Hence, the need for Elizabeth's web of lies and her manipulations. No wonder why, since Jason started this nonsense with Elizabeth, he always looks so miserable, lost, unhappy and pathetic. Blessed be!

Jason use to value the truth above a lie. He told Carly he doesn't know what to do with the fact that she hates the mother of his child. What about Jason? Jason hated Claudia, but she was pregnant with Sonny's child. That fact did not change how you felt or telling Sonny the truth. The truth is Jason didn't tell Carly the truth because Elizabeth didnt want him to. Jason knew that if he told Carly the truth and he told her not to say anything that right or wrong Carly loved him enough to do what Jadon asked. Perfect example; when Carly learned that Sam killed her mother in the fire, Jason trusted that she wouldn't say anything. Later on when Carly learned that Dante covered up a murder like it was covered for Michael. Carly had every reason in the world to turn Dante in after what he did to Michael. But because Jason asked her not to, Carly agreed. So Jason is still lying to himself about why he is continuing to lie. Good or Bad before Elizabeth inserted herself into the picture Jason lived his truth and accepted the praise or consequences that came with living that way. You cant say the Jason here is living his truth, he's not. He is living Elizabeth's lie

I hated how he treated Carly up to this time. She would do anything for Jason. If push came to shove she’d choose him above all others except her kids - he created the exact thing he (but really Liz) didn’t want. Carly had every right to be hurt and upset.

You know what i find Interesting when Carly asked Jason to lie and say he was Michaels father. He lied to everyone but Sonny and Robin. He chose to tell Robin the truth. To share Michael with Robin. But when it came to Sam he lied to her after promising to always tell her the truth. The whole time Jason was with Sam, Carly has bad mouthed her and he never took it out on Carly or defended Sam the same way. I dislike the way the writers are trying to destroy Jason and Sam's Characters just to try and make Elizabeth the paragon here, right down to how they have changed there appearances

Agree but he definitely took it out on Carly circa 2012 when he and Sam told Carly - Sam is 1st now that they’re married. Rightfully so but I hated the way he did it. I thought while Carly deserved that convo he didn’t need to humiliate her in front of Sam. Especially when he fullly didn’t honor it in the end. But anyway writers had Sam and Carly take too long to become friends. I love them now.

I wonder how many times we’ll look back and realize Carly was right. This is one of those times. Jason was a really shitty friend to Carly during up to this time. Michael’s shooting is what brought his priorities and real life back in focus.

How was she selfish here? Jason was the one I’m the wrong on this. And I’m with Carly on Liz. She was not the one. And IMO they were boring to watch same with him and Courtney to me. Him and Brenda were more entertaining and she drove him even more nuts than Carly
