this guy wrote way too many good songs back in the day that deserve the attention of the humungous audience that he has now. if he digs up this song and performs it again in an upcoming concert or radio show, i will cry happy tears. thank you so much for sharing Philly!

Fuck "I'm Yours." This is MUSIC. This is what Mraz is about, not the shit the music industry manufactures to be popular. Thank God he is so down-to-earth that he still plays this stuff, even after he became popular. He really is a dying breed of musician.

So true. His older works don't get nearly enough attention.

I agree Sarah. And for the record MouthingWords, I'm Yours is his old music. He wrote it in 2004 I believe and it helped get him to where he is today and has also done what no other song has done, in history.

It's not on my version of selection for friends! Well, it is, but only as part of the opening track, 'EP' :'-( Is there any version of it on its own? This is my all time favourite mraz song!

Trying to figure out the guitar part and I got everything except the sliding part in the A chord... Anyone know what the hell he's doing? Too blurry to really see. Between this and the tab that's out there I'm close but it'd be nice to nail it down. Is it open a string with 6/7 to 9/11 to 6/7 to 4/6 to 6/7 to 2/2 on the d and g strings?

I'm sure Jason Mraz would be offended at this comment. It seems to me that you think he is "about" what you want him to be "about".
@ohnoyoufail14 жыл бұрын
the only problem with most of his following is that they are probably only interested in the "im yours" or other songs like that. don't get me wrong though, it;s a great song but my girlfriend loves jason mraz and she still wont listen to stuff like this for some reason. :(
@wearewarriors33313 жыл бұрын
gah, wish i could see his fingers.
@MouthingWords13 жыл бұрын
@Mr420ham I'm Yours isn't a good song. It's better than most but it still an unoriginal chord progression with some marketably confusing lyrics and a relatable uke part, nothing more. Mraz is a genius but that's designed to be popular, not good.
