as one of those people who ignores most of the modern acts and instead decided to only listen to classic rock... I feel Jason Mraz and John Mayer are the only people that I will respect on MTV. This guy is great, totally digging his delivery. The song is great as a studio version and his liver performance gave me an even greater appreciation for his music. Very well done!

Jason your voice is little bit threadbare around the edges here. I NEVER hear that from you and hope I don't again. That instrument is too precious to be driven that hard. You demand a LOT from those pipes. They are NOT indestructible but WILL see you through IF you cherish them. Yes, you truck on through like a trooper--which you are and totally professional you are as well. I live in NYC. This is the last place anyone wants to run out of gas in the glare of the Kleig Lights. You won't ever let your audience down. That's why you need a SOB of a manager with the Ways & Means to step in and say, "Jason done gave everything tonight. We're easing back as we call this a night. You have excellent supporting musicians. This is where I deploy them full force to take the stress off your voice. And actually it's my impression that they do step in a little---just not as much as I'd like to see. Fully aware this can come across as some jerk from the peanut gallery being critical. It is YOUR voice, Your career, Your Performance--you'll just have to trust that I come from a place that sees you as a national---hell as a Global Treasure. I have zero desire to be critical. I think I'm urging you to 'be careful". My sense is "I'm Yours" is the Last song in a performance that includes that total 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 "Geek in the Pink" that I LUV SO MUCH. You just totally SMASH that one---and I'm just a star struck groupie in my hero worship comments that cite specific minute/second points with "See what he does right here" So Fking incredible. That was pretty early on in the evening however. "I'm Yours" comes way further down the pike.
