The thing I never understood about this was that Jason suddenly had all these things to deal with and Sonny never had these issues. At least they never showed it if he did.

I could never be with a mobster. Everytime a person walk's in the lady's leaves the room. Sam's has been doing that with Sonny and Jason. Now Emily is doing it.

@whiteshell1 I guess I just never saw it because these were on before I really started watching. I just love Jasam and wanted to see their whole story. So, I've watched these old clips, but I've only been watching regularly for about 18 months. So, like I said, I guess I just never saw Sonny deal with these issues.

The really sad thing is, poor Samantha is now stuck in the middle and Jason is too damn ignorant to understand, he is too busy and hell bent on trying to separate Sonny from his sister Emily, that he’s literally tearing his own relationship up. Jason is spending so much time and he’s too damn worried about his sister, then to what he’s doing to his fiancée, Jason is being so overprotective of Emily’s life that he’s not even concerned about protecting Sam. I truly despise this Jason, but most of all I truly hate his so-called new sidekick ugly Lizard face, however they actually make a perfect pair because he’s behaving just like she is (a lying and cheating, backstabbing and vindictive, disgusting and disrespectful, greedy and selfish, immature little school girl drama queen). Yeah that about sums up Ugly Face Lizard’s character, although it did in fact take her getting pregnant with Jason’s child in order for him to be with her, which technically doesn’t say much. In the end the only way Ugly Face Lizard was able to get Jason’s attention was for her to trap him. Oh and since all of the Liasion fans/shippers feel or believe that Jason loved or loves Lizard so much, then exactly why did it take Jason to be a totally different person to finally be with her?? Because we all know that Jason is most certainly not in his right mind during this point in time, especially considering how he turned his back on his partner in crime and his brother Sonny, his best friend Carly, his sister Emily, and of course the love of his life and his soul mate Samantha. Oh wait, let’s not all forget about the innocent children who are stuck in the middle of his so-called war named Michael, Morgan and Kristina, because we all know the real Jason couldn’t nor wouldn’t ever do anything to hurt them, especially starting a war with their father. Jason made a promise to Michael that he would always take care and do whatever he had to protect him, however he is now making them a target 🎯 by going against Sonny. So moral of the story is “this just proves that Jason is not right upstairs, he’s carrying so much hatred and anger, he’s miserable and never happy. Jason has turned into someone who is isn’t (as he does eventually admit it later on, that is after he finally comes to his senses) and he also admits that he made a huge mistake by hurting the people who he truly loves, One person in particular (Samantha). I am just glad that we the options of fast forward, because I stopped watching as soon as Jason had a ONS with Ugly Face Lizard and started watching again when Jake got kidnapped by the Russians, which-is when our normal Jason comes back to life!! 😊
