We Had Mike Dechaine in our BreakRAK Booth & he hit 3 shots in a row over 34 MPH, the Cue Ball stayed on the Pool Table . The shot was measured with the BreakRAK Break Speed Radar.... Hi Jerrod Frideres

The cue ball is below the top surface of the rail, so you are always going to be hitting at a downward angle at the cue ball, causing it to jump. They should move the cue ball all the way forward as far as possible so they can get the flattest cue angle possible to minimize the jump effect allowing a harder hit without flying off the table.

I hit a little over the 30 mph on the predator app. I have a pretty powerful break. I tried that speed break there in Vegas back in 2015. I hit 27 then.

Predator has an app that uses sound to determine the speed at which you break. My father miscued and the ball jumped the table and hit the concrete wall. It registered at 67mph. Haven’t beaten it yet. Lol
