Troy baker absolutely eats every scene he's in, in any game he's up there with Steve Blum and Mark Hamill as the best voice actors of all time in my opinion absolutely incredible each role he plays from Jason Todd to his own Batman role to two-face to Robin to Joker to pangmin to Joel miller to Erron Black and so on like the list goes on and on he's incredible at his job!

Now I realize why I got the feeling that Jason sounds like he is whining. If I have to compare it to the animated version of Redhood, this Jason and the other Jason have completely other motives for why they don't like Batman. In the game, he is asking why he didn't save him and doesn't believe that Batman tried to, and is so sad that someone else took his place as Robin because Joker pointed that out to him while torturing him. But the animated Redhood is not mad because he didn't save him in time. He is mad because Joker is still alive after he died, and is so disappointed in Bruce that he didn't at least take revenge for him and killed the Joker. But it's hard to adapt that story in the game because the Joker is dead in the previous game.

Batman should've never even have taken in Jason Todd at all as Robin. Jason needed a supportive family, not a crime fighting ward that doesn't give two shits about him and only cares about his mission, and even the joker more than he does as being a father to Jason. The only reason Batman even took in Todd was because Dick Grayson was tired of playing second fiddle, if Batman let Dick Grayson have more say in Gotham as his son and they never get in that little spat, Jason wouldn't have even been around. Plus, if they found Jason and Dick Grayson was still Robin, Dick would've probably convinced Batman to find Jason a proper home with a family outside of crime riddled Gotham, away from the Joker and away from his low-life parents.
