I got the Ambers Waves CD back in 2008 because the funeral director played Heaven at my moms and her mom, my grandmas, funerals in the same week, Feb 11 my mom died, grandma died Feb14, the same day we buried mom, and then Feb 16, we buried her mom. And, recently, March 2, we asked the funeral director, now the older ones son, the one who did mom and grandmas funerals, that we wanted Heaven played at the cemetery for my dad - and he said he’d find it, but I told him I had the cd, but he searched the web and got a live Tim Grimm version. I’d heard Tim’s version before, so when my sis asked me at the cemetery for dad, this isn’t the same, I said, yes, it’s a live version. But at the time, I didn’t realize that on the CD, Tim didn’t sing this song. You did! Only after hearing you here did I realize, it was you! You and your voice and this song that has made me cry almost every time I hear it. And I don’t even believe there’s a heaven or hell. Just that, my grandparents and my dad were farmers, and I’m from a small town, and this just hits so home for me. If heaven is real, I hope it looks this way.

Jason, This is Aprile Crider you gave my younger Brother Travis Crider Guitar lessons, later Travis was giving Guitar lessons at Smith and Holden !!! Travis was in 4 very good bands. I don't if you heard of them or not but, the first one was Lawless - they were signed to a multimillion dollar record deal to go on the road with Alice and Chains but, the bass player went down south and they couldn't find him so, that fell threw. Later, Travis and the bass player started a band called Black Earth, they had a lot of success as well. Travis started a band called fist, they did very well also and the last band he was in was Betrayed With A Kiss, Travis came up with the name for the band, all these people lived in Indy I believe, they did very well but, after Travis passed in 2008 !!! Sony Music signed them !!! Much Love for teaching Travis !!! Your sounding really great also !!! , Aprile Crider

Hi Aprile, Sorry it took me so long to reply to this. I fell way behind on my KZbin comments! Yes, I remember Travis well. He was a great guy and an excellent guitar student. It was nice to see him do so much with his music. Very sad he had to leave us so young. He left behind some wonderful memories and music. Much love to you and your family as well.

today is just another day when love could never mean any less than more not just another day to walk away not a day to say I don't want to play today is not just a day I shouldn't use I looked out the window today, for some reason I couldn't open the door I peered down the street not a sight seen of the people I meet I went and sat down on my chair, put my feet up with hardly a care and then my heart called to me today is just another day when love could never mean less than more no less than more I thought that strange the people we never meet the living we'd never do the life missed from behind my closed door with hardly a care, I knew I'd failed to see today isn't just another day when love could never mean less than more I didn't go back to my window today I went straight out my front door I didn't wait to look down the street I called out today isn't just another day when love could never mean anything less than more today is the day I want to play today I'm going to walk all day... I'll meet some people I didn't know I'll live that life I'd never do because today isn't just another day, when love could never mean less than more no, never, not no more. jamesglen 2020
