Hi Jason, I counted 75 cars and 2 engines on today's train. The temperature down here in Detroit is suppose to be in the 40's and 50's. And there is no snow 🌨 down here either.

Not grain cars. The short 2-bay covered hoppers are used for any heavy, dense materials that need to stay dry during shipment, like salt, sand, flour, or roofing granules. Coming out of long-term storage, they will go to where the owners want/need them.

Hopefully not another bank going under as 73 of the 75 cars were WFRX Wells Fargo Bank. Biggest one of 2023 but there have been two over 100 in the past. If one watches videos from Central Ohio or western Pennsylvania the amount of Frac sand going to these locations has picked up in the last year so the odds are you'll see them back on the main lines. Also some of these are going into cement service as well as salt

The Milwaukee Road, MILW; was merged into the SOO LINE, SOO; way back in the 1980s. I do not know when ELS got the track, but it's all theirs.
