please teach how to report credit for grown disable child without income? Do they only get support from disable social security and $500 credit and medical expenses? thanks!

When my kids were under 17 I got docked a ton and never got anywhere near the 2000 because we were combined over the income limit. (115000) Got lowered education credits too a couple years. Soon after my kids were all over 17 the income limitation skyrocketed way up.. oh well last kid just graduated in 12/2023, just got his first real job starting mid month . Last year for any of this for me I’ll manage

Maybe not. If he cant keep a job, and you help him out with more than 50% of his years living expenses (at home or away) you get to claim 500

You have to make the amount to get a child care, tax credit tell these people the truth

Yea, but if you are not able to work, and are on SSDI, WE DON'T GET ANY$ TO HELP WITH OUR KIDS ! THATS NOT RITE. WE ARE THE ONES THAT NEED THE HELP. I WISH TO GOD I WAS ABLE TO WORK. I WORKED ALL MY LIFE AND MADE TONS OF MONEY. HOWEVER WE DID GET THE STIMULUS CHECKS AND THE MONTHLY CTC. BUT NOW , WE ARE THROWED UNDER THE BUS, AND THATS HEAVY...
