Solid leather all black were released in 2011 as part of the premio bin23 series. As far as the reimagined 4s, that shiny ass leather being the "reimagined design" just killed it for me, just leave OG colors alone. Next years blk/met release could have killed it if nike would have simply put the 23 on the side. Now that would have been amazing. In the games with MJ wearing the blk/met colorway they all have one thing in common, White laces and the 23 embroidered on the side. It will happen someday, probably be 60 years old but buying a pair anyways. My first, my favorite!

1. Durabuck does NOT exist anymore. It’s just a synthetic nubuck. Durabuck was a trademarked material that is no longer made. 2. The heel shape and aerodynamic shape looks great, but, they NEED to wrap the mudguard up the shoe more. 3. Nobody really hates 5s, it’s just that the shape has looked terrible for years now. The 2016s had a better toe mudguard, but, the rest of the shoe was just meh. They need to properly fix the 5. Hopefully they do before the Grape 5s.

Nah, the actual OG's came in black nubuck with white edges. Smooth black leather would look horrible on the 5. I'm loving the reflective nike air on the heel & not as trim at the edges of the the nubuck panels.
