I like the modern square design of the house. I like the noise of the water falling from the jug fountain. Water symbolized money because money flow like water. I like the big glass front door, I like the chandelier, I like the dining room with the wine storage and chandelier. I like the living room with the nice view of the pool and canal. I like the quartz kitchen. I like the master bedroom, I like the master bathroom with the stand alone tub and walking shower. Last I like the back balcony, front balcony and the pool.

This place screams to me! I love the modern/rustic style throughout! The main living room with the wood ceilings and floors are gorgeous! Wow! The master... OMG! TO DIE FOR! Or, more accurately, died and gone to heaven! The styling of everything is as if I had done it myself (with the help of an interior designer of course...). What more can you say?! SOLD!

@@JasonMatouk For me this absolutely checks off a ton of boxes on my list, waterfront ocean access, for my nonexistent yacht, modern style, very large! It’s not too over done! (I don’t need gold plated bathroom fixtures, I don’t care for stones imported from Italy. I don’t need a car platform that spins my car around for me.) you get what I mean. With that said I love this home but even though it’s all a dream for me and I do dream big, it’s too much for my hypothetical budget. I wanna stay under 4mil and spend the rest on my boat.
