This was amazing. You show luxury properties on your channel, but this mega mansion felt like on another level of luxury. Heck, the main suite is bigger than my apartment. I agree with most commentors that not only is this home very beautiful, it feels very homey/lived in/comfortable for such a grand scale. The furniture is appropriate and not tasteless like some of the other mega mansions. At a glance I preferred the mansion next door (1940) but after seeing the interior of that one, 1920 takes the cake. My one gripe is the theater. Personally I prefer actual theater style seating. 😎 And of course, Jason, you always crack me up with some of your remarks. Lol. 👏

Incredible property and good value. I see a big latin family living there and having a blast. I would create a great fitness center right next to the tennis court. Perhaphs put another tennis court but with clay and a tennis party pavilion

This is a beautiful 5 hectares Mediterranean mansion. I like the master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet. I like the living room and the kitchen. The pool is beautiful. The view of the sea is wonderful. I will take out the mansion arches and reduce pillars sizes to increase the view.

I just wondered does the owner of this house get some private beach? Also is it safe as it looks like anyone can walk from the beach into the grounds of the house? I liked your show, but i think you can correct a few things, first see the house and take notes, then explain a general features of the house, size, price and number of car garage ...., then finish the main house, then the guest house and outside patio and outside beach or any nice view during the show. it is also very important to show the closets. you jumped too many places and scattered all over the house. good luck. hope to see more of your videos'
