How to FIX YOUR noisy footage!

These are just a few tips that you may want to consider when you are getting noisy footage. We have to start from the ground up and ask why your footage is noise and how you can best avoid this with just a few changes to settings or gear.
Most of the time people are relying on trying to boost the ISO to gather more light into the sensor but this may not be the best plan of attack and may introduce far more noise than you may like.
