Duping still works, however, if you’re doing it with something that can be refined in the personal refiner when you reload it will automatically start refining it so burn your fuel first!!

Unless it's a mission to raid the supply depot. You have to land and approach the site before you blow up the canisters or else the mission won't complete, on PS4 anyways.

If there are dog sentinels, then it's an operations center even if the icon sometimes says manufacturing facility in error. The true manufacturing facilities with the 2 blueprint trees, will always have only flying drone sentinels guarding them, and the building will also be only one room with no atlas pass rooms.

Wanted to confirm two things: As of now on 5/1/2020 this still works and you can actually use this method to duplicate other items. For instance, you can do this on one single ancient bone that could be worth 1.5 million.

Is This Even Content are you on PC or console? Also, make sure you aren’t joined to a group or anything. Basically you have to reload the auto save in a manner that does not kick you out of the session and back to the main menu. Also, a couple days ago I found that you can do this virtually for any item that you can drop in the refinery even after going straight to the anomaly station. Basically just do the following: 1. Have multiplayer enabled but NOT in a group (you can restrict everyone from joining your group in the network settings). 2. Summon anomaly station and enter it. 3. BEFORE leaving your ship, place the item you wish to duplicate into the personal refiner. 4. Exit your ship (this creates an auto save entry). 5. Remove item from the personal refiner. 6. Find another player in the anomaly to transfer a “throwaway” item to and do so. 7. Reload the auto save that was created. You’ll know this is done correctly if you are not kicked back to the main menu and the game reloads with a progress circle in the center of the screen. 8. Upon reloading the auto save, open your inventory and check for your duplicated items. 9. To repeat the process just get back into your ship and exit with the item in your refiner again. I did this about fifteen times with a legendary ancient bones (yellow skull?) that was worth 1.6 million units on PS4. Haven’t tried on PC yet.

The dupe glitch does still work today and when you load up your save once you have given an item you and you have took out what ever item you are duplicating just simply go upto another player and give them an item again and reload your autosave and you will have duped again and you will constantly get that amount everytime unless you add more to it and go in and out your ship and make a new auto save point. 😊

FYI: This glitch works with just about everything. The tweak is opening the personal refiner so you don’t automatically start making new items. This allows you time duplicate just about anything following your instructions 🤗!

Pretty sure someone else has noted this. Secure Sites of Interest are Depots, Manufacturing Facilities and Operations Centers. Distress signal maps will take you to crashed starships, (which may, or may not be available to you) crashed freighters, (potential site of salvage frigate modules in storage containers, though rare) and observatories, where you may also find coordinates to crashed starships, crashed freighters, or ancient ruins of some variety. Inhabited Buildings seems to be a random location that may or may not include a minor settlement or a trading post, and I think Observatories will also show up here. I don't think shelters, stand alone trade terminals, beacons, or save point locations will though. Lastly the Ancient artifact maps will guide your quest to a monolith, though I've found it's generally faster to use a weekend quicksilver mission to find one in the system you are in.

Just tried this on a new save. Still works! 10/21/2020 For me, after duping the manufacturing facility no longer allowed interaction, but once I found another one(about an hour later) i was able to unlock the blueprints.

*WORKING* as of July 3rd of 2020. You can do it with anything, I used it for salvaged data and you just save the game with the item in the portable refiner by exiting your spaceship and *then* remove it from refiner before giving person the item for the dupe. Also have to wait for it to say sent before reloading

If you’re willing to mess with the tedium, your first base tutorial overseer will give you 5-6 of those recipes such as unstable gel, lubricant, second way to make glass, etc.

Wow, just tried this at the Anomaly and it works. I started cautiously, using an Ancient Key in my backpack instead of the Factory OverRide. Then I gave a random traveler a Gold Nugget. He gave me 5 AI Valves worth $250,000,000! OMG! And your trick worked. Then I tried with my Factory OverRides and the AI Valves (separately) and both worked! THE ONLY THING about using this dupe trick is it could take the hustle out of the game if you use it too often, but it's perfect for avoiding the more tedious stuff, and also for playing Robin Hood by generously giving great stuff to random players. Thank you!

Still works as of August 8th another note I don’t recall if he mentioned it in the video you can keep using the same auto save you don’t have to make a new one every time, basically after reloading the auto, you remove from the refiner then gift someone something, reload and it dupes. Wash rinse repeat.

Still works as of Oct 18th 2020. You can also wait until the Nexus gives a mission with a factory override unit as a reward. Make sure your refiner is out of fuel before you do it. Works with salvaged technology as well.

My question is, regarding the different classes on parts, do I need to have each class installed for full power? To always have Manufacturing facilities, A neat trick that I think work is when you get supply depot is to not go there and pop another planetary chart and it will give you a a different type of mission. So far it worked for me

I noticed that while you are doing the glitch you can run to the exosuit upgrade and buy a new inventory slot every time it’ll stay red but the prompt to hold square will show up

Dont forget you can usually get a navigational data from the save points at those supply depos. I've found that helps me keep a good stock of maps even when they dont lead to manufacturing facilities.

When I blow the doors off I go back into my ship and create a new auto save or a manual save by the location marker/flag. This way if you get the question wrong, you can reload the auto save and walk right in and try again.

It's a lot easier if you just duplicate using salvage data, your exocraft, and then fly into the anomaly and give someone something as you're flying in. Don't get out of your ship whatever you do tho. I've unlocked everything in the game for me and 4 of my friends using this method and have salvage data in reserve for any future updates.

Atlas passes 1, 2, and 3 are unlocked now in the manufacture facilities. Tip is to get the pass 3, it's reusable. Don't forget to left bumper in the tree to access the second page tree.

This is an old post so glitch might not work? There are 65 blueprints all together so ....4-8-16-32-64 you have to trade/glitch 5 times to cover all blue prints. you could do it one more time (128) and get extra to sell and make around 12 mill $$$
