76 Yr OLD BARBER HAS 60 YEARS EXPERIENCE. This barber has NO plans to retire!
I asked Apollo for a haircut and a beard trim. I was given the ULTIMATE CLASSIC BARBERSHOP haircut experience. This video has a lot of NO TALKING Barber ASMR to help you sleep and relax.
This barber showed me a special razor beard trimming technique, which is rarely seen. That means he didn't use the clippers to shorten my beard, but instead a razor and comb.
This video has a lot of scissor work on the haircut and the beard.

I fell in love with this 55 yr old classic barbershop -- so clean and orderly. The barber here is 76 years old and has a wife 70 years old -- both healthy and strong. He has two daughters.
This single chair barbershop is is run by Hector Manuel Apollo Dominguez Loyo.
Price was 110 Mexican Pesos for a the shave and 110 Mexican Pesos for the haircut. The total is 220 Pesos is about $11 USD.

It really depends on what part of Mexico you go to most of the border areas tend to be poverty and drugs because of cartel but the rest of the country is beautiful

In Mexico City, for example, we have slums in the center of the city, drug cartels, etc. México (in all regions) is filled with poverty, drug cartels, crime, etc. but México is also filled with beautiful places, hardworking people, hospitality, good food, etc.

Just so you know, in the end of the haircut when Jason points the technique with the razor and comb the barber says "Its a skill that one learns with time and practice, it have a better result, it gets rid of the beard volume in a better way"

True Asmr, all those barber shops are so calm and no music or lousy music, the chair is confortable as its leather and the barber is quiet and extremly formal, its a gem of México to shave and get a haircut, then headup for some good meal.
