A very nice job, and a particularly good video presentation. I like the fact that you retained some of the chrome, which makes for an attractive contrast with the black. I'm in the process of "bobbing" my 2005 XVS650. This kind of project is complicated here in Brazil, since it's super expensive to import any motorcycle parts, but I've been able to bring some here (such as the seat, lighting, and Vance & Hines Short Shots) in trips to and from Europe. The law here doesn't permit your vertical solution for the license plate. I wonder whether you ended up wrapping the exhaust in order to tame the noise, which must be annoying on anything but a short ride.

Hey man killer work. What footpegs are you using? I am having trouble deciphering what will work on an 03 1100. Did you have to get all new forward controls? I just want to get rid of these nasty floorboards. haha.

nice, love every bit! great job. n press of respect! ! I do have a question though. . I have a 2002 Vulcan VSTAR 1100...with normal sized tires, but I like the wider tire. now I've asked, n have been told that a wider tire won't work good worth this bikes frame. ...but yours looks like it's much wider.
