Hey, Jason. It looks like people have come out to compete a little bit to improve and make a good performance in the next tournament. It's good to see you playing MK 2. Not only for the above reason. Also because it can offer you a very useful change of perspective, necessary for further growth. As there is no run button, you are more aware of your own movement, especially when walking. Over time, you'll adjust your distances, you'll make better footsies, which is an important element in any fighting game, old or new. That will lead to a better ground game, which is what you need to get closer, better approaches to put the pressure on, especially if your intention is to be a rushdown. Kung Lao and Raiden are good options. A good Lao can offer a solid answer to any character, including tops. His normals are good. His standing high kick is a good anti-air, the angle is excellent, the sweep has good range. The dive kick is fast. Projectile in three possible directions, teleport that must be used with caution, and don't forget his spin, excellent anti-air with great damage with the possibility to follow up. It's all a learning game still. Going between games is challenging, but each have things that help each other. Glad you're enjoying the streams. It's fun to get to hangout with everyone.
