Hey I got a important question that I need answered ASAP please.. are there no dwl when the tax is imposed as the quantity falls? or is there still dwl in the economy?

I think one possible answer would be when govt earns that tax revenue it may enhance the govt expenditure in order to reduce the welfare loss....If the govt imposes a tax of size (MC-MSB) and entirely uses the tax revenue collected then there should not be any welfare or dead weight loss.
